Horse mackerel can be consumed in almost any month. It is the most delicious in November, December and January though.
SEA BREAM
Sea bream can be consumed in almost any month. It is the most delicious in July, August, September, October and November.

Seabass can be consumed in February, March, April and May.
BARBEL
Barbel can be consumed in any month. It is however the most delicious in September, October and December.
TURBOT
Turbot can be consumed in November, December, January, February, March, April and May. It is however the most delicious in January, February and April.
BLUEFISH
It can be consumed in January, February, March, April, September, October, November and December. It is however the most delicious in November, December and January.
HADDOCK
It can be consumed in February, March, April and May.
RED MULLET
It can be consumed in all seasons. It is however the most delicious in May, August and September.
